People always make mistakes when it comes to tracking their progress. They look at the wrong outcome to define whether they're on the right track and are quick to give up if they don't see the scale moving. The issue is that the scale shouldn't be your indicator of progress, there are plenty of other more accurate ways for you to track your progress.
