The impact of this latest outbreak of coronavirus is incredible when you think globally. Today I discuss the impact on our local economy & Apple

How often do you think “oh yeah I should do something about that” but never get to it? Today is the day! Get it done. Don’t put it off any longer!
It’s Monday morning & time to check in with self-accountability. It’s time to assess your progress so far this year & raise your standards
In late 2019 I had the pleasure of meeting Grandmaster Chess Champion, Garry Kasparov - still considered to be the greatest chess player of all time. From all the amazing celebrities, billionaires and successful business owners I've met I would have to say that Garry has been one of the most compelling and interesting. His views on life, success, focus and coaching are compelling. Listen in to my discussion.
What if you had just awoken from a coma and you had lost your memory, but you were told that you were a navy seal and they needed you back. Do you think that would automatically provide you with a different mindset than if they told you that they needed you back at the local supermarket to serve customers? Think about the continuous and constant practice that goes into being a navy seal, being ready to be called up in a moments notice, travel to any location in the world and place your life in d...
One of my favourite days of the year is Valentines Day because it’s the international day of love - showing love, being loving, being passionate & celebrating relationships. Of course let’s not forget about making love!!!
I feel so grateful to be able to work with our beautiful new mums. They give so much & give up their bodies to keep the human race growing. Today I talk about the role I play to help them become the healthiest, strongest & mentally focused versions of themselves.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting the creator of the Quest bars & well known YouTube sensation of Impact Theory, Tom Bilyeu.
Over the past 7 years I’ve dedicated my life to growing every day. Today I discuss how, what & why I do this. It’s a beautiful gift to yourself.
I reached my break point yesterday. Listen in to why and what happened.
74 hours so far this week working on my business and coaching clients. Mentally fatigued at 8pm Friday night. Contemplating doing nothing versus getting changed, prepared and drive to the gym to do a 90 min workout. What would you do?
Despite the hectinc nature of my week I've been able to main focus and direction in what is important to me in relation to my health and fitness. Where I could have easily made excuses and not taken the action, I stepped up to ensure I stayed on the path to successs. Join me in the conversation as I breakdown my challenges this week and what were the keys to my success.
Often one of the most overlooked aspects of our health is what goes on in our head. Yet Beyond Blue, one of Australia's foundations focusing on improved mental health, estimates that as many as 45% of people may suffer from some form of mental health issue in their lfietime. The World Health Organisation estimates that there are 264 million people impacted by mental illness globally. Today is discuss the role that physical exercise and great nutrition has in optimising your mental health....
We all live our lives in a way that we have been conditioned to live. We've learnt those skills over time by observing others, reading and listening to what others do and determining whether we want to "try" those things for ourselves. If we like something, we usually adopt it into our lifestyle, just like watching a good TV series, if we don't , we bin it and move on. When I first start working with people, particularly their nutrition, I tell them that "they don't know what they don't know." M...
Would you say to your child words like; "you're so fat", "you're ugly", "I hate you", "you disgust me", "I'm sick and tired of you"? I'm sure you would say ABSOLUTELY NOT! Yet these are some examples of the exact words I've heard people tell me in the last 48 hours about how they feel about themselves. We can be so incredibly harsh on ourselves and today I discuss how to use those words as fuel to move you forward rather than immobilise you.
Many people I work with find themselves so tangled in their past failures that they use it as a way to define their future - "I haven't been successful in losing weight so far, so I guess I'll always be destined to be this way." It's such a common trend. Today I discuss how important it is to not let not past define your future. Today is a new day with new opportunities and a new way of looking at solutions.
Our health and fitness mindest is like a virtual freeway. You know where you want to go, you're moving in the right direction, you're focused. But the thing about freeways is that there are off ramps. These off ramps can distract us and slow us down. How often, and how many, off ramps are you taking on your health and fitness journey?
We all get frustrated. Some things tick some people off more than others. Right now I've been feeling frustrated with my lack of productivity and accomplishment and explore that in detail today and identify the solutions to turn things around.
One of the biggest challenges people face is with food. Over eating in general, under eating, poorer food choices and just not knowing what to do and when to do it. When you can understand the connection between your mind and your stomach, that's where your world starts to change. Today I discuss how to use this connection to your advantage.
We all have them, but it's how we deals with them that really defines who we are. Today I reflect on the aspects of success and chellenge that face me.
Yesterday I had the great fortune of being able to watch (on TV) some of the game played by Roger Federer at the Australian Open in my hometown of Melbourne, Australia. The match was incredibly compelling, not because of the skill of both players, but because of the incredible mindset strength of Roger. He went from multiple points to lose the match, taking it to 5 sets and winning in the 5th. So inspiring.
This is something we should ALL practice daily. Take a listen...
Today saw the passing of one of the greatest basketballers of all time, Kobe Bryant, who was tradgically killed in a helicopter accident with his daughter and 7 other passengers close to his home. It's times like these that we often reflect on what we have done in our life to this point and what plans we have for the future. My question to you is this - are YOU doing enough to live the life you want and deserve?
It may sound far fetched and raise all kinds of questions. But remember when the concept of genetically modified foods hit mainstream media decades ago. There was uproar, but look where they are now. You're probably eating them right now without even realising it. There are a number of issues with conventional meat production methods and there are estimates that our demand for meat will double globally in the next 30 years. The benefits of producing meat in labs, otherwise known as cell-based me...
We all want a sexier version of ourselves and I'm no exception! As we move more deeply into 2020 I talk about what has held me back in the past and exactly what I need to do to create the sexiest version of me yet! No excuses. Just doing it! OMG, what an exciting journey life provides us.
This is a condition that I like to refer to as Shiny Object Syndrome (SOS). Are you the type of person that is always off chasing that "new" diet fad, trend hoping that this new "Shiny Object" will be EVERYTHING you've been looing for? Perhaps there are other areas of your life where you do this too; your career, your relationships, the latest gadget, the trendiest supplement, etc. Today I explore some strategies to break through SOS.
Are you going through your life with a clear plan as to exactly what it is you want and when? Or are you like most, getting through each day hoping you can make it to the weekend, so that you can unwind and do something fun? I guarantee you if you're the latter, you won't have a solid plan in place for your health and fitness. If you want to make a permanent change to your life, including your health and fitness, you must listen to me.
An interesting question. I'm watching the Australian Tennis Open at the moment and I see incredible athletes still performing at the highest level after 10, 15 and 20 years. They don't need the money, they're already wealthy. Yes they're highly skilled, but are there other more highly skilled players out there that could beat them, they're just not as pasionate? Listen in for my perspective....
I had an experience at Ikea today where I witnessed a staff member that really wasn't "showing up" for his customers. He had a great opportunity to make EVERY customer's day through the service he provided, but instead he CHOSE a different outcome - perhaps the easiest one - just going through the motions. It got me thinking about how most people tend to show up for themselves. How are you showing up each day when it comes to your own health and fitness, your career, your relationships, financia...
Have you ever worked in an organisation where you said to yourself, "I love the culture of this place"? Perhaps you've said the opposite? This raises the question; what type of culture do you enjoy and thrive in? If you were running an organisation, a small business, a team of people, what culture would you like to lead with? Now ask yourself this question; what is the culture that you lead yourself with? If you were an organisation, have you created an unbelievably thriving, innovative and insp...
