Day 597 - Creating your future

Many people I work with find themselves so tangled in their past failures that they use it as a way to define their future - "I haven't been successful in losing weight so far, so I guess I'll always be destined to be this way."  It's such a common trend.  Today I discuss how important it is to not let not past define your future.  Today is a new day with new opportunities and a new way of looking at solutions.
