Day 584 - How are you showing up?

I had an experience at Ikea today where I witnessed a staff member that really wasn't "showing up" for his customers.  He had a great opportunity to make EVERY customer's day through the service he provided, but instead he CHOSE a different outcome - perhaps the easiest one - just going through the motions.  It got me thinking about how most people tend to show up for themselves.  How are you showing up each day when it comes to your own health and fitness, your career, your relationships, financially, your family and emotionally?
