The ethos that guides the podcast is 'You Make You'. At a macro level that means your decisions and your actions create the person you become. At a micro level it speaks to the times when you have to make yourself do the things you know you should do. I'm Cam, the host of the Lifting and Life Podcast. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, I'm a Personal Trainer and I work 9-5 in corporate. I chat to a wide range of people from athletes, coaches, business owners and even my own mates - the aim is to educate and enable you to pursue your own self improvement journey.
