Mental Health is a Minefield

Recently, I have found the world of mental health on social media and the press to be a minefield. So many people are now trying to divide others and try to exert their own opinions on the subject, that we have lost the message. We need to help raise awareness and end mental health stigma, rather than try to focus so much on terminology. I have another podcast that I do with my daughter called Permission to Beat up Dad? please check it out. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/walking-...

Something a little different but also linked to mental health. Games can be a good distraction for people who have problems with their mental health.
