Plugging in is one of the most important parts of power yoga...what do we mean by that? When we plug in to the floor, we get grounded and feel the energy of the ground rising up through the body. This physical action also helps us plug in mentally, feel what we're doing, and in doing so, become better movers. Power yoga is for every body...even yours. Press play and find out.
