The Innate Freedom podcast is for anyone wanting to take control of their life through prioritising doing the "inner work" on their SELF in order to set themselves free and live a happier life where we are able to adapt and react in a healthy way towards life's adversities and unwanted feelings. The ability to know yourself and have the awarenesses and 'ahha' moments. We all have a life story... Innate Freedom within us is to not react, but to observe, accept, acknowledge., which allows us to move forwards with ease and grace. This is my definition of truly setting ourselves free.
