This meditation is a visit from our future selves. It's an opportunity to ask for guidance, get reassurance and find gratitude for the space you are in now.
This meditation takes us back to a moment when we gave away our power. When we felt powerless. We shift this to standing in our own light and watching the world shift around us.
This meditation is really about being in the flow and letting go! Let the waves of the calm water carry you as you gaze at the stars.
In this meditation we journey to the lower world to take a moment to bring balance to our bodies and souls and to discover the lesson in the cycles that continue to occur in our life. What do they mean? What are we meant to learn?
