What Does Divinity Look Like?
A simple exploration of divinity.

A simple exploration of divinity.
This meditation is a reflection of our journey through the visualization of a mountain and a climb. It's a beautiful way to reflect and give yourself a bit of love. We all climb the mountain in our way and each of us have different lessons and ways of climbing. Enjoy the climb, take a breathe, give yourself some love.
What waits for you? What is possible? Where would you go if you had the means to get there? We hold back a lot because of fear and we create barriers for ourselves because we start to believe we can't. This meditation moves us through the feeling of seeing our potential caged, freeing it, and see what awaits us.
I have a longer intro on this meditation that most others. This "type" of meditation is special as it follows the methods of journey work and in this one, going to the upper world. A beautiful etherial place filled with love. It is here we review or soul book. We step into our life, we look at a moment where we may have lost something, and bring it back into our bodies.
In this meditation we are looking to balance our chakras with light. This is a simple balancer with a beautiful water cleanse at the end. My advice on chakra balancers is to really seat yourself in the meditation with the breathe. If you need to, take a moment before you begin to regulate your breathing.
This meditation is focused on bringing your back to balance. Bringing your mind and body back into alignment. We do this my focusing on joyful moments and watch as those memories fill our heart and illuminate our body. We then move confidently from this state to sit in front of a mighty tree, reflecting on all that we have weathered to be where we are in this moment.
This meditation is about awareness of the layers or limitations we put on ourselves. What lies do we tell ourselves that keep us from moving forward and stepping into our dreams, desires, or potential? This meditation shows us our fear through layers of clothing and heaviness on our bodies.
This meditation, simply put is a conversation with an angel. To feel unconditional love and let go of your burdens and heaviness that you may carry. I have left my wrap up commentary at the end of this meditation and added a bit more at the front for additional explanation. Enjoy!
In this meditation, we take a journey through a great tree to visit our soul book. A place of answers and of learning. The core of my training is in Shamanic Journey work. Going deeper into our subconscious and our soul to pull the answers. In this meditation, we journey to a place referred to as the Upper World. An etherial plane where we can connect more deeply with our soul and purpose.
This meditation takes us to a place we have always wanted to visit or return to. However, we are not alone on today's journey. We are accompanied by a guest. This guest can be anyone and the purpose can be as vast as your mind will take you. What gift do they bring you and how does your heart feel when you see them?
This meditation helps us get to the root of our joy while observing a horse. How does this animal show us what we need for ourselves? What does it look like within their enclosure? Do they wish to be free?
A leap of faith is moving forward with something that may not be logical but "feels" right. It's the step forward that you know you need to take. This meditation simulates that leap of faith and helps you focus your mind to your body. What is your body telling you to do? Where should your next move be?
In this meditation, we look at our emotional state through water. What would our emotions look like if they were water? What does the water look and feel like? This water is also the source of our release. Clearing the heart center down to the root chakra.
This meditation brings us face to face with a guest. Someone we haven't seen in a long time. They are there with a message and a gift but not before they walk us back to an old memory that needs to be healed. We can't necessarily change the past but we can change the way we feel about it and how we continue to let it effect us.
This meditation has us looking back on an old memory with our mother (or mother figure). The purpose of this meditation is to release expectations or to see their sacrifice in a different way. We have a lot of expectations on the people who brought us into this world and those who raised us. What are we holding on to that it is time to release?
In this meditation, we are faced with our emotions and are pushed to feel what we need vs take what we want. I've left the commentary from my live broadcast at the end of this recording.
This meditation takes a different turn as we walk with an animal and become that animal. We are being show perspective. What did we learn, what are we seeking, what did we find?
When the winds of change are all around us and we fight to stand our ground vs moving with the flow of change, we can be blinded by comfort and not face what is best. This meditation is a journey. It is a way to go deeper into your practice, release and embrace your power. Your roots are strong, you can face the winds.
I loved this meditation! I love when we take an external object, examine it's needs and compare it to ourselves. In this meditation, we start in a room. We take in the interior of this room and how it feels. Then our focus is moved to a plant in the corner. We examine it's needs and give it what it needs to flourish. Then, we turn and look at ourselves.
What does harmony in your life look like? What do you need to bring it to balance? This meditation helps us with balance and connection. We connect and feel the earth, we connect to a tree and as we relax, we see what we need to bring balance or clarity.
This meditation is about observing our environment without thought or judgement. It's about truly being present, feeling our breathe and seeing what is around us as though we ourselves are invisible.
In this meditation we are greeted by a younger version of ourselves and presented a gift. This is a moment to express love and accept love for ourselves. I've left the commentary from my live broadcast of this meditation at the end.
This is a really lovely water cleanse and release with affirmations. It's guided imagery in the water and cleansing each chakra with a statement as well as water. Watch what comes up during the meditation, what do you see and how can you relate that to your everyday life?
This meditation takes us to a house where we are serving. We are the hired help until we realize, it's our own home. This is our own Cinderella story. What do you wish for? What is it that you want or desire for yourself and what does it look like when you have it?
This meditation shows us what we are bringing to share with others and nourish ourselves. How do we feel about what we bring and do we want to continue this path? We also have a guest at our picnic. Their purpose will be different for each person. What do they show you about what you want and how you are nourishing your spirit?
This meditation is similar to that of a shamanic journey. The intention with this meditation is to release and let go, to bring balance. It is also a beautiful way to explore our power place (start) and sacred space (lower world). Enjoy!
This is a unique chakra balancer that uses the elements of: wind, fire, water, air, and earth. Which will you choose and what does it mean? We begin in a place we feel comfortable and safe, the element you choose should be obvious to you without doing a lot of thinking. Enjoy!
This meditation is about looking at and releasing our emotional baggage. What do we carry? What does it look like from the outside? How will we feel once we release it?
In this meditation, we are connecting deeper within ourselves and seeking clarity or answers on questions or situations in our life. The water present in this meditation is a reflection of our emotional state. When doing these types of meditations, it's important to see not only with your mind but with your body. How are you physically responding? You have all the answers you need.
This meditation is a look at how we find love, what it looks like when we do, and what we look for moving forward. I have left my commentary on the back end of this meditation as a way to decode some of the symbolism that may come up during your meditation/journey today.
