Planting our Gratitude Garden

This meditation has us begin in a place we feel safe and comfortable. After we center and connect to this place, we are drawn to something outside of our "comfort zone" to another place needing to be explored. We are asked to "feel" and be present with those feelings. This meditation has us sitting beside a fire and welcoming others. These others are people we have know through our life. They have influenced, loved, hurt, etc. Mostly, they have shown us the deeper aspects of ourselves and given us opportunity for growth.

Chakra Balancer- Release to the Fire

This meditation is focused on releasing what no longer serves us to the fire. First, we establish our intention for releasing to the fire. What do we wish to let go? We pull that energy out of our hearts center and give it to the fire. We then pull the fire into each individual chakra cleansing and releasing. Bringing ourselves back to the confident divine being that we are.

Remembering

This meditation begins with us laying in a field of tall grass on a warm sunny day. A very intentional and grounding start to our meditation. In this meditation, we begin by looking down on our bodies and extending love. We move away from judgement and focus on the gifts. Eventually, we move along to another space in order to examine a situation in our lives from a new perspective.

Lessons, What do they teach us?

In this meditation we take a nice walk. A lot of our meditations start this way. :) We walk until we come to a fork in a road and a great tree. This is where we pause to examine the tree, how we feel, how our body responds and then we resume walking. What we see on this walk and our response to circling back to the tree is the reflection of the lesson.

Grounding and Chakra Opener

In this meditation, we intentionally ground ourself to the earth, pull this light up into our bodies, and move it through our chakras. With intention, we move the energy up through the lower three chakras anchoring the earth energy in the heart. From above us, we pull in a divine light through our upper three chakras and anchor this energy into our hearts.

Spiritual Communion- What does belief look like?

How do we release? How do we pray? What does our sacred space look like? This meditation is about observing our beliefs and what our spiritual practice looks like. At the end of the meditation, we rest under a great tree releasing any feelings that came up during the process of observation.

Process of Reflection

This meditation is a process of reflection. We first need to observe what is going on around us or in our immediate vicinity before we can really have a though or reflection on it. In this meditation, we are in a room. We are looking at the detail of the room and observing the reactions in our body. What did the room look like to you? What was it filled with? Was it empty? How did the room make you feel? Pause, reflect, repeat. What is it showing you about yourself?

What we examine in this meditation is how we see energy in others and better discern what is helpful for us and what is harmful. Too often we ignore the energetic impression because we are distracted by the physical.
