Intuitive Communication

This meditation shows us how we can manifest what we desire for ourselves in the form of a tree. We watch this tree grow and when it has fully matured, we sit in its roots against it's trunk and watch a guide begin to walk towards us. This guide comes in to encourage and to show us what we need to continue manifesting our desires.

We carry a stone... feel the weight of the stone and eventually bring it to a building as if drawn to it. Watching our Thoughts

This meditation was an evaluation of our thoughts of ourselves and others when we are in a learning/teaching environment. Personally, I loved this meditation! We walk into a school, and into a classroom, and watch our feelings (emotional and physical) and then watch those feelings turn to thoughts. This is a chakra balancer that focuses on the energy in the heart. It was a unique way of seeing external energy brought into the body as a way to cleanse and open our Chakras.

Releasing to the Fire

In this meditation we begin in a forest next to a small fire. Two paths open, we choose one and begin to walk. During our walk we see an object, something that stands out to us, that doesn't belong. We bring this object back to the fire with us and decide to keep or to release it to the fire. The end of this meditation is an emotional release and cleanse in the water.

Walking the Mountain

This Meditation is a reflection. As we begin, we are walking down a path. We notice a slight incline but continue moving forward. As we walk, we come to a building. Inside the building we are transported to a memory. As we leave the building and continue walking the path, we are asked to observe the feelings in our bodies after the event and recognize the effects the event or memory had on our physical and emotional bodies as we continue to walk. This meditation has us visualize light moving through our bodies. As we do this we open, clear, and connect. The focus is on the body and the breath. At the end we walk into the water to cleanse and wash away anything residual.

We all retreat to a safe place and navigate emotional waters as we interact with others. This meditation has us starting in a safe bed of blankets. We venture out of this nest and observe our emotions through water flowing nearby.
