Grounding and Breath work

In this meditation our focus is really the breath. Making conscious connection to the breath and feeling your feet firmly on the ground. I bring the visuals in slowly so you really connect to the place you see and connect down through the feet. Ungrounded feelings often have us unfocused, can create anxiety, and allow our emotions to be unbalanced. This meditation will help to reconnect and ground your energy.

Perspective

This meditation is about perspective and self awareness. We are often so carried away by the small things that we have difficulty pulling back and taking a much broader perspective of a situation or our lives as a whole. I leave the end of my live broadcast on this recording as a guide to your own experience. I also discuss what came forward for myself with the live meditators.

Chakra Balancer and Grounding

This meditation is a great beginners meditation to chakras, balancing and monitoring our own energy, and grounding. The term "grounding" can be used interchangeably with focus. To be grounded is to be connected, to be present, and to be focused. When we are "ungrounded" we are the opposite of these things.

A journey with an animal guide

In this meditation, we begin by focusing the breathe and slowly bring images into our focus. For beginners, I always advice to makeup the image. See it, bring it forward, allow it to come into focus, and relax. This meditation helps us see ourselves from the loving perspective of an animal walking along next to us. It allows us to create loving space and forgiveness for ourselves.
