This meditation gives us a point of light to place our intentions for ourselves. What do you desire for yourself? Who do you desire to be? What do you desire to bring into your life to feel complete? As I guide you to focus that desire and place it into the light, we then move that light into our hearts and watch that want/desire take root and move through the rest of our body. Enjoy manifesting!
