Got a much needed 13 hour sleep and feeling much better. Sleep is definitely my number one priority, then nutrition, then movement. I'm still a little loopy from this past week but feeling great! Frustrated simply because I have to be more patient. I set high goals for myself and when I find myself trying to achieve things by skipping over a few steps I lose sight. I want to jump higher!
