My good friend Mike was in town so he jumped on the morning podcast with me and asked great questions! How has my awareness has changed from reading more books? How has it affected my mindset during dunk sessions? We also talked about how I got into Life Coaching and my priorities day to day. My sleep and nutrition are the foundation to my overall physical and mental energy which is most important to me to maximize my life.
