Easter and Passover Wines

Its time to pucker up again to the world of sours. This time Josh brings the Wheels Gose Round from Left Hand Brewing and shares fried chicken, brie cheese and mint cheesecakes. After such a wonderful trip dad wanted to relive some of it, so we decided to drink some memories of Chianti. They share a plate of pairings this week of spaghetti ala carbonara, porterhouse steak, and panettone. Josh opens the 2017 Castillo di Monsanto Chianti Classico Reserva. Dad opens the 2017 Lornano Chianti Classico which he brought back from his trip. They have a good time chatting and enjoying these wines.
