Wine Festival Tips with Jords

The weather is warming up. COVID seems to waining and wine, beer and cocktail events are coming back. On the eve of Wild Wine at the Zoo Jords joins Josh to talk about their tips for these events. While they are having this conversation they sip on a bubble, which most events start with, and a hidden gem. The bubble is the Kirkland Signature Champagne and the hidden gem is the Chateau Beau Soleil Pomerol. They pair Chicken Parmigiana Sliders from Flyway and they make a big board of speck, prosciutto, Barolo salumi, soppressata, coppa, Comte cheese, cheddar, goat cheese, gouda, and mozzarella on it.
