Josh does the Raspberry Mushroom Riesling. His pairings are a cheddar cheese and bacon Brat, barbacoa tacos and chicken roaster garlic tortellini toasted in a brown butter and sage sauce. Dad's wine is the Kirkland 2021 New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. He pairs a ham and cheese quiche, tuna tartar, and key lime pie. They have a great time sipping and eating some fantastic paired bites.
