Dad does his special Hurricane for his celebration drink!  His snacks are red beans and rice, jambalaya, and rum balls; to go with that rum theme.  Josh does Geoffroy Rose' de Saignee' Brut Champagne for his celebration drink.  For his celebration food he has brazed short ribs, a porchetta and a myriad of macaroons.  Josh and Dad have a great time eating and sipping on their celebration food and drinks.  Dad explains his celebration choice since it wasn't what Josh thought his celebration drink would be.  They talk about their favorite episodes, things they learned and possible future guests.  The listeners can review and go listen to their favorites again and even listen to new choices.
