Solo Powered is a podcast that celebrates doing things solo.

Whether that be solo travelling, solo journey to parenthood, setting up your own business, making your own movies, one-person plays, Antarctic adventures, rowing solo across the Atlantic and much much more. 


This podcast will inspire and encourage people to wait for no one in the pursuit of their passions.


This is not about living a lonely life, this is about living the most full life on your terms, by finding your tribe of fellow solo'ers who who have discovered that the greatest relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself.


Ariana Dunne is a journalist, a life coach,  celebrant,  and an entrepreneur. She has worked for major publications including DMG, Bauer, Telegraph, Dennis, Maximum Media and the IFJ group.

Perpetually single by choice Ariana has lived a fabulous solo life for most of her twenties and thirties. In 2017 she bought an apartment by herself, in 2018 she set up her on businesses and in 2022 she spent a year solo travelling across Europe, albeit with her gorgeous cockapoo Molly in tow.


Next Ariana plans on exploring a solo journey to parenthood and wants to encourage more people to live happy lives doing things on their own with the launch of the Solo Powered podcast.
