In this episode Ariana chats to former RTE broadcaster and radio presenter Louise McSharry. Louise publicly exited the organisation in 2021 after her show was unceremoniously cancelled. But rather than allow the loss of a big radio organisation get in between her and her loyal listeners Louise forged her own solo path and launched her hugely successful weekly news amd entertainment podcast 'Catch up with Louise McSharry'. Her podcast has amassed almost a million downloads and Louise now also has a regular magazine column and a loyal social media following. In this episode we talk about the RTE fallout, her cancer battle, motherhood and her abilty to stand up for herself when it matters most.
