Lt: Sniegas krito sunkiai.
En: The snow was falling heavily.
Lt: Panašu, kad pasaulis už langų pavirto balta nepramušta siena.
En: It seemed that the world beyond the windows had turned into an unbroken white wall.
Lt: Senas pensionas stovėjo vienišas, lyg apleistas laikas būtų užgožęs jo buvimą.
En: The old pensionas stood lonely as if abandoned, with time overshadowing its presence.
Lt: Vaidotas sėdėjo savo kambarėlyje, kurio sienos alsavo šaltu vėju.
En: Vaidotas sat in his little room, its walls breathing cold wind.
Lt: Jis užrašė dar vieną poezijos eilutę, tarsi tik eilės galėjo jį apsaugoti nuo vienatvės.
En: He wrote down another line of poetry, as if only verses could protect him from loneliness.

En: Vaidotas looked at his notes, pondering his secret desire to be understood.
Lt: Vakare, kai grupė susėdo aplink židinį, Vaidotas pasitempė.
En: In the evening, when the group sat around the fireplace, Vaidotas straightened up.
Lt: Su šiek tiek nerimo ir vilties jis pradėjo skaityti: „Vėjas šaukia mano vardą...“. Jo balsas, tylus, bet skambus, užliejo kambarį švelnumu.

Lt: Netrukus po to, sustojo elektra ir salė paskendo tamsoje.
En: Soon after, the electricity stopped, and the hall was plunged into darkness.
Lt: Atsirado sumaištis.
En: Chaos ensued.
Lt: Rasa spengiančiame tamsoje priėjo prie Dovydo, kas sukėlė dar didesnę emocijų bangą.
En: In the piercing darkness, Rasa approached Dovydas, causing an even greater wave of emotions.
Lt: „Tu visada bėgai nuo visko!“, - šaukė ji, balsui drebant nuo baimės ir nuoskaudos.

Lt: Dovydas tylėjo, jo lūpos sustingo nerimo, bet pagaliau pratrūko: „Aš... tik bijojau grįžti, bijau pats savęs.“

Lt: Ši akimirka, tamsa apjungė Vaidotą.

Lt: Jis žengė prie draugų ir tyliai ištarė: „Man jūsų reikia. Aš jūsų ilgai laukiau“.

Lt: Šaltis liko lauke, o jų širdys tapo šildančia užuovėja.
