I don’t have to know you to want to cheer YOU on. If WE on the SAME team, then I want YOU to WIN. I’m NOT going to feed you delusion but I will guide you on who you are in the dark is who you are. Actions have consequences and if YOU don’t have anybody on your team who will call you out when needed? YOUR team DON’T really fuck with you if they can’t express themselves on how you conduct yourself. Metal sharpens metal. My kids are ALWAYS checking me on how I act or my actions. Yeah, they’re my children but that doesn’t take away the fact that they have some good advice because they see me from a point of view I don’t see myself. I NEVER ask others to do something I haven’t done. A leader doesn’t throw their crew under a bus to self preserve. Because a leader has a role and that’s to protect their crew at all costs. If I have other people’s lives in my hands, I’m going to make sure they get to where they’re going with minimal harm. A leader doesn’t sacrifice others to be a leader.
