Marc Polymeropoulos is one of CIA's most highly decorated field officers of this generation. He is an expert in counterterrorism, covert action, and human intelligence collection and recently retired from the CIA in 2019 after serving for 26 years in some of the most dangerous field operations and leadership assignments in the world.
He helped the CIA neutralize High Value targets of Al-Qaida, Taliban, ISIS, and ended his CIA career overseeing operations across all of Europe and Eurasia.
Through these experiences he has honed a unique leadership style based on decision making under pressure, inclusivity, camaraderie, and competition which he lays out in his book "Clarity in Crisis: Leadership Lessons from the CIA".
