Episode description

Amber Stott, the Director and Founder of the Food Literacy Center in Sacramento does everything with joy! It is baked into the entire culture of the Food Literacy Center which has been named non-profit of the year for Sacramento. Amber has been named one of Sacramento's most powerful business leaders, one of Food Tank's 17 Food Heroes to Inspire Us in 2017, along with giving a TED talk on how she gets kids to eat their broccoli.

We talk about everything from eating cactus, to her Broccoli Boundaries and Radish routines, to how toilet bowl scrubbers help us clarify our values...

Enjoy!
