Are you as shocked as we are that we are mid-way through the year? Time flies by so fast. Things change so quickly! Just think about the changes that have happened since New Year’s Day. We can't let the year go by without taking a break to plan.

This planning break allows us to set or change goals, allocate resources, and evaluate how we are doing. You are opening your eyes to the environment as it exists now, not when you originally made your plans. This way, you can either incorporate the changes that have taken place and understand their effect on your goals. Mid-year planning is simply a time for you to stop, take a breath, and ensure that you are on the right track.
