Over the years, I’ve developed many rituals out of desperate need, but one of the MOST effective has been my morning rituals. It has supported me in decreasing stress levels, offering a soothing wake-up experience, being able to begin the day running my home more smoothly, and in creating space in my days to really care for and nurture myself.
On today’s episode, I’m going to be sharing what has worked really well for me and my clients and my top 4 components of an effective morning ritual. One of my catch phrases that’s VERY hard to implement, but is SO SO true is that we have to slow down so that we can speed up. And this is another perfect example of putting that into practice – let’s get started!
