The ADHD Adults Alex, James and Mrs ADHD risk the savage anger of many people by tackling the subject of ADHD and creativity. As usual, the episode includes bland and monotonous psychoeducation delivered by balloon-headed Alex the Psycho-education Monkey, personal reflections from all three ADHD adults and the usual utterly useless 'top tips'. 'What has James lost, forgotten or mislaid this week?" returns tightly balanced at 3-3, and Alex reads out what is probably fake correspondence. James is rejected for Love Island, Mrs ADHD keeps quiet about James's massive microphone (ding) and Alex reminds us he's won a national award...
