Episode 76 sees the ADHD Adults discuss something they are apparently utterly unqualified to cover, ADHD and seasonal affective disorder. As usual, Alex the Psycho-education Monkey delivers the evidence behind the link between the two, an utter lack of personal reflections from all three ADHD adults is starkly apparent and some 'top tips' on managing S.A.D. maybe retrieve a tiny bit of respectability. 'What has James lost, forgotten or mislaid this week?" continues with a new annual score so Alex will Alex finally be winning? The usual correspondence, f-bombs and nonsense are included. James does the world's least appropriate 'ding', Mrs ADHD forgets she was ever unhappy and Alex shows his true colours as tales of how far he goes to annoy James slip out...
