As usual, the three shambolic elements of psychoeducation, personal reflections and tips are covered. Will Alex get back on track and score a point in 'What has James forgotten, lost or mislaid this week?" As usual, we have some correspondence, probably including something from 'Robert from Kidderminster' as well as something that someone actually wrote and sent in. James welcomes our American listeners and Alex immediately annoyed them (he's good at that).
