In Episode 17, the ADHD adults Alex and James cover 'executive function', the set of higher-level thinking skills which are, well. As usual, the podcast contains some psychoeducation about what executive function is, our personal reflections on how not having executive function skills like planning, working memory and inhibition impacts us and we'll share some 'Top Tips' (will James's be as useless as ever?). 'What did James lose this week?" returns to Alex's dismay and Alex continues to get communication from Kidderminster AND reads out 'actuall' emails. James has a 'dick to phone' in what is possibly the worst joke ever and Alex asks a stupid question.
