Episode description

Max Casa is a lifelong martial artist, forever on the journey to optimize his mind and body. At 16 years old, he experienced a life-altering car accident—serving as a “universal reset”—which led him to the discovery of float therapy. From the hospital, he headed for one of the only float centers in Massachusetts at the time and from there, fell in love with this incredible healing modality.

Not long after, Max founded Max Vitality, developing his own float chamber and salt solution, including 2 different-sized float pods and even a float pool. And you know I had to get one! Check out his float chambers below and his optimization protocols.

Max and I dive into…

⟶ All you need to know and more about sensory deprivation therapy

⟶ Rewriting his genes after being diagnosed with a degenerative neuromuscular disease at birth

⟶ His underlying emotions as a rebellious teen

⟶ Float therapy’s direct connection to nervous system regulation

⟶ How to remineralize our body to prevent, and potentially reverse disease

⟶ And more!
