- Once a week look over your content calendar what is due for next week in general? (5 mins)
- Customer Service (5 mins -1 hour)
- Analytics - Last 7 days | Yesterday | Last 90 days (10 mins)
- Email Analytics (5 mins)
- Social Media Analytics (10 mins)
- Ads Analytics
- Research your competitors and find 10 new followers- 1 per day - what are they doing? (10 mins)
- Spend (1 hour) creating content for the following week (or month, depending on how far ahead you plan work) EG: 1 blog post, 1 email, 5 Canva images
- Reply to comment, and Post the content (10 mins) (use Later.com for scheduled posting)
