Episode description

This week we speak to Amy's best friend, Jess Winnell, about Autism. Jess has kids on the spectrum and works for an organisation that helps families living with Autism. We chat about routines, caring for yourself as a parent of kids on the spectrum, and more. We also talk about how being decluttered and organised can help your whole family and that sometimes it is great to call for extra help. We do have a few giggles as we have two combinations of besties in this week's episode, so please extend your grace to us! As always, we hope you learn with us and enjoy the conversation!
