As you might already know I really love productivity. Since I'm an entrepreneur, I really focused on increasing my productivity like crazy. But how can we go beyond our own productivity? In fact there are 3 angles altogether to increase productivity: 1 - Our personal productivity 2 - Automation 3 - Delegation I see that most of entrepreneur start delegating their business way too early, and most of the time it hurts their business from a financial point of view. I know it, because I did it several times.
