I recently discovered a little technique from Anthony Robbins to hack our brain and set up a new habit.

What's more difficult than deciding to do something new and managing to stick to it?

Well, instead of trying to implement a new habit, why not simply modify an existing one?

As we know, our brains mislead us when it comes to doing something we are not used to. Failure or not, we must constantly remind to ourself if it's not something anchored in our habits.

Nevertheless, our life is full of habits... Brushing our teeth, getting up, eating... So instead of adding a habit, we can evolve an existing one. We can create an anchor that every time we brush our teeth for example, then we do specific action...
