Today, I've been recording some courses for My CTO friend, and I tried a new technique to make them more dynamic, to have more positive energy in the video to better engage people. Let's guess what it is... It's Dancing! Yep! I don't think you can really imagine that, but I've put my headset in my office and I just danced right before shooting each chapter of my course. So far, I've been using countless techniques, from cold shower, jogging, squats, push-ups, jumping... everything that provides me some good energy before shooting.
