I'm sharing behind the scenes of Bumper Leads, with an impromptu team meeting/podcast interview.
We wanted to share with you how we keep ourselves engaged with various "challenges", such as our video content challenge that we re-branded to "WeTube challenge".
The idea is to produce 5 pieces of content over 5 days among us, and whoever reaches their goal the fastest, will need to get a prize.....we haven't figured out this part just yet. We need your help! I want to know how do you guys celebrate wins with your remote team members?
