LaToya has worked in corporate America for over 15 years, from agencies, and ad networks, to brand direct, and while she gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge, nothing has brought her more satisfaction than building her own successful multicultural agency that services the Black and brown creator community. LaToya Shambo is on the rise as a thought leader in the Influencer Marketing space on Diversity & Inclusion. Recently seen in Bloomberg TV, Yahoo Finance, and has been featured in Forbes Culture, Ad Week, Fox Soul, Sheen Magazine, Apple News, and LA Times.
