I had the pleasure of meeting Sue for the first time back in 2014 when I first opened Contessa. Between now and then, we got to know each other a bit better through our mutual friend and all round legend, Jo Brooker-Clark. Fast forward to 2020, Sue is now on our Coaching team and has just placed 7th in the world for her age division in the CrossFit Games Online Qualifier.
