For those of you who don't know, Woodsy is a very special person in all of our lives. She's a breath of fresh air on a shitty day, works hard, loyal AF and was the first person to train along side Mandi in CrossFit Contessa, 2014. One of Mandi's best friends for many years now.
In saying all that, she is a bloody loose cannon! This gets a little R rated guys.. Not one to listen with the kids around...!
