Biography:
Aaron uses Switch Interviews to help companies understand what caused a set of customers to buy (or stop buying) their product or service in documentary level detail. He believes that the detailed study of the story of why and how 10 to 20 customers came to make a switch contains the secret of how best to design, market, and then sell a company's product or service.
He has always been a big believer in qualitative insights. He previously led a research membership product at Atlantic Media where his team interviewed ~200 advocacy executives per year. The team produced executive presentations that outlined industry trends and case studies of promising innovations. He recently relocated to Atlanta after 15 years in Washington, DC
