Shannon McGee is the owner of Music City Referral Network, a Network In Action (NIA) franchise, and also serves as a strategic business consultant and owner of Peregrination CX, a consulting firm that specializes in helping small to mid-sized B2B companies utilizing a client-centric approach to change and transformation optimization that is focused on people, processes, and systems.

Her 30+ years in client-facing roles across various industries led to her keen and in-depth understanding of the client experience (CX) with a laser focus on revenue operations that produced results in operations, a national leader in sales, and building world-class client success teams.

Shannon is passionate about people, and thrives on building new relationships, connecting people, and helping others succeed. She has always valued networking as an essential strategy for business growth and as an NIA franchise owner, she now focuses her time curating dynamic groups of exceptional business owners committed to each other, networking with intention and supporting each other to grow their businesses.

Today, she spends her spare time volunteering with her local Nashville Kiwanis club and as president of the Nashville chapter of Ellevate Network. She and her husband Ricky, live in Mt. Juliet with their two daughters, grandson, and the family dog.
