A driven, analytical leader, James has over 20 years of experience continually developing strong ongoing relationships with the correct people for proven sales and marketing tool implementation in businesses impacted by rapid growth, change or crisis. An entrepreneur since 17, he worked across teams to establish a 7000-lead sales strategy, attained a 197% yearly increase in client onboarding, guided a sales force to achieve a 33% yearly increase in sales, and increased multiple marketing campaign penetration 13%.  A decisive, fact-minded executive, James consistently increases project and process function effectiveness by aligning unique attributes of the technology, healthcare, retail and entertainment industries with mapped-out challenges. Specifically, his knowledge includes:  Technology – B2B marketing agencies, event scheduling platforms and consulting/staffing agencies Healthcare – Non-medical home care, tele-health, employee leasing Retail – Corporate merchandising, retail environments, big-box soft goods and small-box hard goods Entertainment – Event sponsorship and ticketing  Active in professional business, industry, and social organizations, James has been on the Board of the American Marketing Association and Nashville Sports Council, led Nashville Technology Council’s Sales and Business Development Peer Group, and mentors small businesses at the Entrepreneur Center.
