Leadership is an honor and a privilege, and my passion is serving those who work tirelessly to serve others through exceptional leadership. I’m Debbie Radish-Respess, Chief Executive Officer of Invisible Horizons where our work is centered around “Transforming Tomorrow’s Leaders, Today” which is the mission that drives me. I have over thirty years’ experience as a leader in the corporate world. Years of on-the-ground connection with the people and processes that make a company great coupled with leadership and development experience equipped me with the necessary skill set to begin successfully coaching and mentoring other executives. I worked as a global vice president of human resources for many years, and I have extensive coaching and leadership training under my belt as well as awards for leadership including an MBA. All of these qualifications and experiences have shaped me as a servant leader and an executive coach. But instead of talking about me, I’d rather talk about you.
