Your single-member LLC status is at risk if you do these 3 things

🤷🏻‍♀️ The main reason to form an LLC is to keep the liabilities of your company from becoming your personal liabilities. In other words, instead of a loss or judgement coming from your personal bank account (or stuff-->car, home, etc), the loss stops at the assets of the LLC.
