Should the event proposal or service description go in the contract?

🤷🏻‍♀️ We don’t want our contracts to be unwieldy messes. But, we also want to make sure the clients (and any future Judge) understands the parties’ obligations. Does this mean your proposal language (specific to the event), service description (your biz policies), and contract boilerplate go into one document? If not, what gets signed?
