Can clients transfer your services to another couple?

🤷🏻‍♀️  In the age of Covid, anything is possible. For real. Recently, a wedding professional told me that she had discovered her contract for sell online. That’s right, the couple, rather than fess up that they wanted to back out, decided to put all the vendors that they had hired up for sell on a social media marketplace. Here’s the kicker→ FOR A PROFIT. But, is this legal? Can our clients simply have some other couple step into their place?
