Are you a woman in midlife and beyond who wants to live alcohol-free? Are you ready to focus on building a better relationship with yourself instead of with alcohol, and could you use some encouragement along the way? I’m Lori Massicot, The Midlife Sobriety Coach, and I’m here to support you every step of the way! I started drinking at 14 and made the tough decision to quit at 45. I understand the challenges you face in early sobriety and in maintaining an alcohol-free lifestyle. In 2018, I created the To 50 and Beyond podcast to raise awareness about the option of living alcohol-free later in life. My mission is to provide practical solutions, along with plenty of love and support, so you never feel alone. This podcast is the resource I wished I had when I decided to stop drinking on August 11, 2013. With over 300 episodes and half a million downloads, To 50 and Beyond has touched the hearts of women worldwide who are discovering that they don’t have to keep drinking. What a relief!
